Refund policy

We have a 30-day policy on damaged items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or store credit.

To be eligible your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a photo for proof of damage. Send your email request and images to info@rallyskin.com

If your request is accepted, we will either send you a replacement of the same product or credit for the purchased amount will be provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.
